With his debut album, meii takes the listener to a not-so distant future, where all previous warnings become reality, the fears become acceptances, and where inactions bear fruit.
In Takers meii tells a story about collapse and despair. The name comes from “Ishmael” by Daniel Quinn, which, without spoiling anything, represents the part of human population that dominates nature.
